Are YOU That Girl Who Makes Everyone Else Feel Seen?

But Secretly Wonders If Anyone Really Sees YOU?

She remembers birthdays.

She notices when someone is quieter than usual.

She sends the text.

Makes the call.

Checks in.

Celebrates your wins.

Prays for you.

Encourages you.

She has a way of making people feel valued, appreciated, and understood.

It's one of her greatest gifts.

But somewhere beneath all the giving is a quiet question she rarely says out loud...

"Does anyone really see me?"

Not the version of me that gets things done.

Not the woman who always knows what to say.

Not the one who keeps everyone else together.

Me.

The woman behind the smile.

The one carrying more than she lets on.

Here's what that pattern may actually be telling you.

Sometimes we become experts at seeing everyone else because we know what it feels like to go unseen.

We notice the needs in others because we've spent years hoping someone would notice ours.

So we give.

And we give.

And we give.

Not because we expect something in return.

But because we know what it feels like to need someone to notice.

Over time, meeting everyone else's emotional needs can become so natural that we stop asking ourselves whether our own needs are being met.

And that belief may be influenced by the shadow you've been living from.

The shadow quietly convinces you that your value is found in what you do for others rather than who you are.

So you keep pouring.

Even when your own cup is empty.

But here's the question...

Who is making sure you're seen?

Not admired.

Not appreciated.

Seen.

The real you.

The woman who sometimes gets tired of being the strong one.

The woman who doesn't always have the answers.

The woman who simply wants someone to ask,

"How are you... really?"

So let me ask you...

When was the last time someone saw beyond everything you do... and simply saw you?
