Are You That Girl Who Needs God to Say the Wordt

Are You That Girl Who Needs God to Say the Word?

Scripture: "Then Jesus said to the centurion, 'Go your way; and as you have believed, so let it be done for you.'" Matthew 8:13 (NKJV)

There comes a point in your life when you stop asking God for more signs and simply ask Him for one thing.

"Lord... just say the Word."

The older I get, the more I realize that faith isn't about being in the right place. It's about knowing the right Person.

The centurion understood something many people still struggle to grasp. He understood authority.

He didn't ask Jesus to come to his house. He didn't need Him to lay hands on his servant. He didn't need a ceremony, a crowd, or a performance.

He simply said, "Say the Word."

Why?

Because he understood there is no distance in the Spirit. If Jesus spoke it, it was already done.

As I sat with this passage, God showed me something deeper.

There comes a point in your walk with God when everything changes.

You stop begging from a distance and begin speaking from relationship.

You know whose you are.

You know Who lives within you.

You understand that faith isn't about trying to convince God to move. It's about becoming so one with Him that your heart aligns with His heart, your thoughts align with His thoughts, and your words reflect His Word.

Religion asks, "God, where are You?"

Relationship says, "God is with me. God is in me. I am never alone."

When you begin to live from that place, your words change.

You stop rehearsing fear and start declaring truth.

You stop agreeing with your circumstances and begin agreeing with what God has spoken.

You stop speaking from panic and begin speaking from peace.

Jesus didn't just demonstrate authority. He revealed what life looks like when someone lives in complete oneness with the Father. As daughters of God, we have been invited into that same relationship.

So today, don't just ask God to say the Word.

Listen for His Word.

Believe His Word.

Then boldly speak what He has already spoken over your life.

Sis, maybe the breakthrough you've been waiting for isn't found in asking God to come closer.

Maybe it's realizing He never left.

He is with you.

He is in you.

So stop speaking from fear.

Stop speaking from what you see.

Stop speaking from yesterday's disappointment.

Speak from your identity.

Speak from your relationship with the Father.

Speak from faith.

And when you do...

Watch what happens when heaven and earth come into agreement through the words you speak.

Today, don't just ask God to say the Word. Live like He already has.
